They are opening up one of these off of Welsh Rd. soon (near Lowes, Omaha Steaks, Sam's Club, etc.) and I am super excited! I use to eat at this chain all the time when I was going to college @ ASU. So so yummy and healthy!

They have like teriyaki bowls, rice bowls (with different types of rice). Just mainly a west coast thing I guess. Ever see the movie Hitch where the those two chicks were eating in some rice bowl restaurant? It's like that, just real health type food place and their soy sauce is home made so so good!

I didn't see anything for when opening day would be just that they needed people to work there. I checked the website and the store location is listed but just states under construction.
