Blue Wrx at Monmouth University

I noticed the car parked in the commuter parking lot at monmouth University. I was jus visiting, checking out the school a bit. The car was blue and had black tint on the rear lamps and the head lamps. Pretty clean car overall, and good looking....just want to know if the guy or girl who owns it is on here . If the owner is here post sum pics. I didnt get to really check out the car, cuz was afraid the owner might just show up wit me checkin out the car like i was gonna steal it, also i was with a tour advisor and i didnt want to look like an idiot in front her.
