Hks bov owners please look and help!

Whats up guys, I just recently installed up a HKS bov and UPP. I drive a srt-4 just for reference. Everything is installed correctly (im 99% sure) but my question is about the noise that the bov makes under little vac to no boost at all. I am just worried that i am getting compression surge or wga fluttering because when i close the throttle when im in little vac to no boost it flutters. so any input will be much appriciated and thanks in advance!

from what ive experienced with bov's under little vac to none, there will be a flutter sound. my blitz does it when shifing under little vac. and the people i know running hks' do it too. i dont think you should be worried.

Well I don't think you would be getting compressor surge in Vac? I thought this happens at high boost when the BOV fails to open and your throttle body is closed
