Does anyone know of anything ? Im looking for something that can fit atleast 2 cars and preferably has electric and some type of water but thats not something defin. needed.

check craigslist.

hint when youre shopping for a private workshop: rent a shop at a rate you want to afford, then start looking for habitations nearby.

if you are living somewhere already then start looking for a shop in your price range...it quickly moves farther and farther away from your house, and just as quickly becomes a storage facility as opposed to a work shop.

Careful with lansdowne, my buddy's garage got broekn into, the sonsofbitches kicked in a steel frame door to get inside.
This was right down the street from the police station too.

the one off of yale avenue, like the center of yeadon.. where the yeadon movie house was, that burned down last year.
