I bought these wheels and tires used, but they had no caps....

I can get new caps for ~$20/each or wander thru the fence section of Lowes and stumble upon some post caps that will polish up just fine for a whole $.80/each

Not bad for now.

Where they slide into the wheel, they were a lose fit, so I drilled a couple of holes in each one and popped some small rivets in there. Snug as a bug!
