what do you mean its over flowing? are you sure its just not a plug gromet/valve cover seal leaking oil into the spark plug tube?

And no if only one plug is being saturated with oil I can't see it causing an extended crank. I'd look more towards the fuel system, or ect for that.

A bad Ect can cause the car to thing its always cold and be adding too much fuel at start up, and vise versa.

Or it could be a bad check valve in the fuel pump allowing fuel to return back to the tank and the car has to rebuild fuel pressure to the rail every time. A bad fpr could cause that as well if its not blocking the fuel from returning. Possibly a fuel filter as well.

First thing I would check is fuel pressure. Start the car up and let it build pressure, once its all the way up shut it off. If pressure drops suddenly then you are on your way to finding your problem.

It's probably a bad spark plug tube seal. Pull the valve cover off and check it. Easy fix.

A single sprak plug soaked in oil will not cause the car to not start or an extended crank. If anything it will cause a missfire on that cylinder.
