Yep. Farewell TMobile and my clunky MDA. I just ordered the EnV from Verizon and Im hoping my service improves. Im not dogging TMobile, just for what Im paying(130 bux a mnth for all my texting, data usage), based on the service I get, its not worth it. So on to Verizon, 35 bux a mnth for data/email, 15 a mnth for 1k text and unlimited verizon to verizon texting and 40 a mnth voice plan, 90.00 a mnth before taxes plus my Commerce employee discount of 10% off my mnthly billing.

Anyway, anyone have the EnV? Any opinions or feedback on the phone or Verizon is appreciated. Thanks

enV is nice.

One of my students has it and he gets service EVERYWHERE!!

Well so do I, but whatever.

Don't expect it to REPLACE the functionality of the MDA though...the MDA is the most ballinist **** EVER!!

Verizon FTW, service everywhere. I even had reception while I was deer hunting in the middle of nowhere, PA.

Ive had verizon for 2 years now, Im gonna have to say the service is pretty good, but I pay an arm and a leg. My plan consists of 2000 anytime minutes, 2500 text messages including pics, $5 insurance and I pay 148 a month after taxes and all that BS. Very expensive in my opinion.

i pay 72 a month with tmobile 600 anytime mins , free nights and weekends , unlimited txt , picture messages , unlimited internet and insurance.

i pay 100 a month for 2 phones both sidekicks with the unlimited txt/6mgs email/unlimited aim/ free nights and weekends/web browser/ and 600 mins

my t mobile sidekick is 67 a month with tax, unlimited texting, aim, yahoo all them messengers, t-mail, real web browsing unlimited data, unlimited text, 600 minutes free nights and weekends, and i can access my phone from my pc.

oh yeah u cant forget relay, when u can call ur friends and text to an operator and they will talk for you and type back wat they say. good fun.

Ha I love how people pay the same for sidekick plans and have 1/2 the minutes I do my plan rules

Verizon tends to be more expensive, but from what I have heard their coverage is good. You just have to be careful what phone you choose. The OS/Branding that Verizon puts on their phones tends to bog down some models. I played with a Verizon Razr, and it was painfully slow compared to my Cingular branded Razr.

You had a MDA...please tell me you weren't using ANY of the programs that came on there.

- Opera Web Browser...TOTALLY free and works no matter WHAT the plan.
- AIM 2.0 FIXED...Connect to T-Zones (to check your bill or what not) and then open that puppy up...TOTALLY free.

There is something I use for mail as well...I wanna say like "Underground Outlook" or something like that...works JUST like the e-mail program does that's incorporated...only FREE.

T-Mobile had their dirty little way with you though didn't they.

I've got my MDA and another phone on a 600 family plan with 400 any-messages on EACH and I pay $67.00 a month...never gonna change.
