I called and left an message as well as sent an e-mail so I guess leaving one here can't hurt. I have a spun rod bearing in my 05 WRX. I would like to know a price quote on having an STi short block installed in place of my stock one, assuming that no other damage was done to my car?

The short block is in route to my house and I should have it here by today. I also have the install kit which came with oil pump, water pump, timing belt, and gaskets.

VEry good. You probably do not need the kit with just a spun bearing but it is MUCH better safe than sorry.
