Looking for two people to fill these positions- keep in mind we're not looking for specific skills, but more looking for people who are fast paced, quick learners, and easy to work with.
My boss is in his mid 30's and we're all younger than him (if that shows any youthfulness to our group)

The Business Systems Analyst role is responsible for day to day application management tasks of critical IT Business Systems. These duties include, but are not limited to:

Routine configuration management.
User creation, rights and security management.
System patches and updates.
System backup, disaster recovery planning and validation testing.
Translate business needs to technology solutions (i.e. configuring the system to do what the business drivers require).
Project management of new systems or enhancement of existing systems.
“Looking ahead” for new solutions and systems.

Successful candidates will posses the following attributes:
3 – 5 years experience managing and directly supporting critical business applications (one of the first two req’d)
4 year IT related degree preferred, others considered – or equivalent experience with 2 yr. degree.
High degree of internal motivation
Ability to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities successfully
Strong Interpersonal Skills – position is business facing
Highly organized.

MS Sharepoint (or similar portal\document management solutions)
Metastorm E-Work (or similar work flow tool sets)
Collaborative E-mail Solutions
Domino\Lotus Notes DB & Applications
Hyperion ESSbase, Hyperion Planning & Enterprise Architecture & Technology (infrastructure\technical support)
Document Express
Treasury Manager

Infrastructure Technologies:
Citrix
VMWare
Linux

well the breakfast is continental- (toast, bagels, donuts, milk, orange juice, cereals)

and here is a sample of our weekly menu
12/18 MONDAY
Tri colored ricotta cheese tortellini with chicken, peppers and onions in a light white wine basil cream sauce. Accompanied by Caesar salad.
12/19 TUESDAY
Southwestern chorizo sandwiches with chipotle salsa and Monterey jack cheese. Accompanied by potato, corn and avocado salad with chili citrus vinaigrette.
12/20 WEDNESDAY
Ginger flank steak with sake glazed vegetables.
12/21 THURSDAY
Tamarind basted steaks of pork tenderloin with curried vegetables.
12/22 FRIDAY
Tuna melts with chopped vegetable salad.

pay is based on experience of course.

we're a private company so we generally don't just post our name out left and right. and their corp office is in w conshohocken only
