oh **** its keith.. yea he used to work out at the Y near my house then he left because the gym was to small for him, haha. hes good friends with pt350. i met him a few times

that was at volant in downingtown, and this was filmed almost a year ago, hes bigger now

nothing crazy, a decent multi vitamin, usually eating stuff that isn't high in fat or sugar, about 1.4 grams of protein for every lb he weights and just a lot of calories.
