Missing car!!

My 2g went missing yesterday and NOBODY knows who towed it or where it went to from its parking spot at the wawa on 92 and 202 yesterday..It needed an ECU ( which i had the wrong one) and I was waiting on the previous owner to give me the keys( which i gave back so he could get his stuff out of the car) and title to it.IT was parked there WITH permission until said keys and title were handed over.NOBODY in that wawa knows Where it went or who took it and the previous owner does not know either. If anyone saw it its a red 95 2G ESi with a black top and PA plates.It also had aftermarket rims on it..Thanks.

Thanks.. and yeah it does suck.Origionally i was going to keep it but I have something to drive now and I want another subie so I was just going to fix it and sell it to pay for the subie or atleast a down payment ( or jsut mod the one i have now)..Now that its gone I cant do either.Definately cant get the other subie either.

The previous owner has to report it since he hadnt gotten me the title yet.Which he is doing. I tried. Cops told me since it wasnt titled to me yet I couldnt report it. Even with a bill of sale I couldnt report it.

On a side not, anyone looking for a 2g ESI? It's red, only needs an ECU, also have some aftermarket rims for sale... lol

better check on the seller, if he still has the title and your money...

You should check with a lawyer, if it was still titled to the seller, he is responsible for it. You could probably get your money back from him.

I didnt pay much for it.he didnt want anything for it but i gave him $100 for it to be nice.. HAve the bill of sale he jsut cant find the title.I HAD the keys for a while but I never moved it because of not having the title. If he scammed me then why would he report the car stolen?

Well if he scammed me I have a box with his subs and amp in it that I made for his other car as part of the deal..he knows he wont get that back and they arent cheap subs or a cheap amp.. So his reasoning for scamming is not logical and not a wise investment... I hope that isnt the case.. Beh Even still Im out $100 that i COULD use but i have a nice system in return.
