heres the deal we are in the proccess of having my lil brother move in with us to get him out of his n-hood and put him in a better school. i was told that my mom and i have to sign this paper give me permission to become his legal guardian. does anyone have any info or an idea of what needs to be done. they live in philly and he will be moving in with me in montco

i believe just sign the papers and have the courts approve?

thanks, i wonder if i do this in philly or montco. hopefully not philly
