If there isn't physical damage, it should be warranty. I picked up a spare trasnmitter for $80 off EBAY.

Tell me how Troll and I talked about getting this alarm for like an hour yesterday. I hope everything works out because we were looking into buying ours soon.

How much did it cost and what was the installation price?

well at ciruicty city and tweeter installation is including in the price so its 500, but at tweeter if u decide not to get it installed by them its 320. I love this alarm i got the remote start bypass module and i cant complain. This is my first problem with it and its not even that bad of one. Def. recomend to anyone

I bought this alarm back in March or April for 180 from a guy on craigslist up in Paramus NJ and my friend installed it that night for nothing. I love it. Great features, great upgrades. The one negative is the price of the replacement remotes. I got 2 remotes on EBAY though for like 50 shipped and they are the older model which I was told will work with this alarm, but I can't seem to get them programmed.

i'd look on ebay for a genuine remote to replace... should be a lot cheaper than through the store.

I got my 791 for $275 installed

thats my price, at my friends shop. I love the 791, there are sooo many add-ons for it.

regular price is like $500 installed

I can get you guys a price break (not for $275) if you really want it done. my boy's shop is located in Edison, NJ on Route 1
