I bought rays lugs from some dick-ass in australia, they said everything is shipped the day after payment is recieved. Well, I paid a while ago and the lugs havn't showed up, so I finnaly call and see what's up. They tell me that they don't stock them and that they had to order them from rays and then ship them to me, well, **** that. I have some bronze evo 5's that should be here next week and I want to put the rims and lugs on at the same time ( save a few minutes cause i'm lazy )

Anyways, I told them to cancel the order and they refused, they said since they already ordered the lugs it's to late for me to cancel. I'm thinking about just doing a paypal refund or charging my credit card back and dicking them over since they were so dishonest about the entire sale.

Chargeback. You have every right in this situation, and if they try any ****, the creditcard co is on your side.

File a claim with paypal.Also if the guys not gonna come through you only have so much time to file with paypal.
You should get your money back if the guy cant supply tracking for a shipment.Good luck.

alright thanks, i was talking to my mom and she said it sounded like i was doing something wrong so i just wanted someone elses opinion

You do have that limited amount of time VIA PayPal.

I'd check that...and then CHARGEBACK...effit. You can only worry about others SOOO much...gotta cover your own ass from time to time.
