i wanna take my car to the track, to see the times i run..just for ****s and giggles. 97 mitsubishi eclipse. stock.. automatic. haha. take a guess at some times... i really wanna do it sometime soon too..who wants to race me?

Go up to cecil. You'd be suprised at how many people run they're slow bonestock cars and run 17's, lol. I predict.... around a 16.7 or 16.8.

Post your time in here if you ever get to running it! Im curious to see what they run.

its 12 to race, 10 to watch at cecil, open wednesdays, fri, sat and sun, check thier website to see if they have events. i went tonite and ran a 16.392 at 86.4 with a 2.659 60' and a .665 reaction time. it was my frist time ever to run, my second run i ran worst, caught sleeping on the line with a .891 reaction time. goin next week after i do a few adjustments and practice my launch.

hey you had a good night. i dont even wanna talk about mine. i cant wait to rip out this pos vafc. then save up for a dyno tune and motor mounts, then on comes some drag radials. im garanteed a 14 flat. although my first run of the night i had a .092 reaction time and a 2.19 60ft'. i was fairly impressed that not one of my reaction times was above a . 47. Although i was extremely pissed off at the fact that the vafc reset and wouldnt let me pass 6600rpms. Not only that but i know i bent a motor and/or trans mount extremely bad i think.

Dunno if you know this but your reaction times don't reflect your 1/4 mile times. Unless your running pro street. You could cut a perfect light or wait 10mins, your times will be the same. Don't let the lights mess with your launch. Leave when your comfortable and remember reaction time doesn't count.

Last time I went my best three reaction times were .003, .017, and .042. It's even tougher for your manual guys. LJ good luck with the car man.

yeah but you can only go to run on wed. and fri. Saturdays are usually test&tune, unless a shootout or something is going on. And then they have different things going on on sundays. Eitherway only days to run are wed and fri, and on sat and sun you can sit and watch and thats abotu it.
