Well my daily driver was totaled today

. I was making a left and a lady swerved into my lane to avoid rear ending another car and hit me. SHe was driving a honda civic and i was in my 97 pathfinder. My car is totaled and hers has maybe $4000 worth of damage, if that. I was amazed at how well the car turned out. Me and my passenger are fine but this lady is trying to get money. She called up some 'witness' that was supposedly behind her (who happens to be her friend) that falsified her story. She says i turned out infront of her, which would have been IMPOSSIBLE because there was another car infront of her making a right. The cop was on my side so i am happy about that. Either she will be at fault or it will be mutual fault. I am gonna be PISSED if it is mutual fault. I will try to go take pics.

Can't say I understand the logic behind ye olde "swerve to avoid one car only to smash into another" trick. Sorry to hear and good luck settling it!

It was my pathfinder that was totaled. If someone hit my S14 i would be in jail, i would kill them.

*PHEW* When I first read the title I was like "NOOOOOOOOOOOO NOT ANOTHER CRASHED 240!!!" Glad your ok, and that it was the pathfinder instead of the 240. lol

I got a lil nervous and thought you crashed cause of the rain, but i thought you didnt drive it everyday so i wasnt sure. Good luck getting it all figured out

that sucks. someone swerved into my lane earlier in the week but i saw it comming and avoided it, then followed with 10 minutes of horn and highbeams
