lowered the Z

as some of you may know, i was on the fence about keeping the 350Z, or letting it go and possibly buying a house. kristen and i decided to hold off on the house to save a bit more before jumping into home ownership. so that was sorta the green light for some light mods to the Z. with the help of eric, and chris (ericVWgt, and gsxtacyno2) i lowered the car last night. it is now sitting on Tein S-techs. the next mod to come is front and rear sways, and possibly endlinks. i'm gonna take it slow for now, and just enjoy the car. oh yeah, i wanna give a big thanks to my girlfriend kristen for helping me debadge the rear, it looks great! here are some pics for your viewing pleasure, keep in mind that the springs aren't fully settled.
stock photo for reference:

on the teins:

btw, for anyone interested in doing springs on a 350Z, the rears were extremely easy, but the fronts took some time. once you get one side done, the other takes half the time the first took.
thanks for looking!
joe

Wow Joe, the car looks great!! I really like the second pic. Now i have to stop looking at houses with Kris, as to not get her hopes up!

joe
On my G the first front shock and spring took hours the second one about 30 minutes. There is a bit of a learning curve there. The rears are very easy.
Any way looks great, a much needed improvement!

looks good joe... even though you raised the car so much in the rear with the exhaust lift you almost tipped your car right off the lift into your brothers toolbox. haha
