saw this guy turning right onto Hulmeville Rd. off of the road that the Bensalem PD is on, the street name is slipping my mind right now. It was the intersection where the Commerce Bank an Pizza shop are. He had black wheels, and he kind of looked at my car like he recognized it, but couldn't see me because of my tint. I'm not sure if he's on here because I don't know how many of you scooby guys live in Bensalem.

I might see the same car every morning. Lowered, no wing, black wheels with a polished lip. Might have an exhaust, don't remember though, I always see him going the other way on Street Road in bensalem.

I live right near there and never saw this car. Don't know him.
