I'm not a lawyer OR on my way to becoming one, but I slept at a Holiday Inn last night. PM me with the subject and I can tell you if I can help or not with advice as I'm usually pretty good with laws. And if I don't know them, I can find every single law or ordinance in existance.

I've had 7 or 8 law classes in college (on my path to figuring out what the hell i wanted to do with my life)... If no one else can help, I'll take a shot. It's all still pretty fresh and I usually interpret pretty well.
