I am new here and so is my car:
2006 Mazda3
Strato Blue Mica
5-speed MT
No Mods but will come!

Well now for the questions:
My car is brand new bought it off the lot with 2 miles on it in April.
I am already having a problem with my trans.
It is hard to get into 2nd and fourth gear and will sometimes grind.
I thouhgt it might have been just my driving but when it happened to other people I knew it wasnt me.
Also my passenger side window is making a really loud clunking noise when it closes.
Does any one else have any of these problems?

take it back to the dealer and tell them to fix the car under warranty. thats what you have it for.

I am going to take it to them but i just thought it was weird that my car is already having problems when its brand new and just wanted to see if other people had it too they are already talking about a recall with the AT

Nice 3, as for the problems the dealer should be able to help you out. Being under warranty has it's perks. Welcome to the site, we need more mazdas here.

well we can race but you do realize that my car is slow compared to yours not that i would considered your car to be fast but considering my 150hp to your 170hp i know that i would lose but i am willing to for ****s and giggles

I know sorry and I do like your car too but I just wouldnt considered mazdas fast all though they are coming out with the new mazda speed 3 268hp 280lbs-trq @ 3000rpms Thats impresive for a mazda i wanna see that

lol i know its not fast, its fast to me coming from a jeep, its a fun little car, but yea i really like the 3's thats a cool blue you got good luck with making your mazda fast

Welcome to TST -

Chances are a little synchromesh will fix up the tranny unless it is a actual issue with the gears/synchros themselves.
