Does it really matter....
I have some synthetic mobil 1 left over that I want to just toss in the engine until I can do a complete flush. Would it be alright if I put the stuff in there despite not knowing what was put in there before?

i believe its the synthetic oil that over time builds up and creates a layer of oil inside your motor. If you do not go with a semi synthetic for a while and just put in any oil, the oil build up will start to break down and will fall off in chunks....
I forget the specifics of it but is something liek that, i might be able to find more info for you or someone else might remember better than me |
