Make sure you extracted all the files to a folder. Do not run this through winzip if it is a zipped file. I would extract all files to a folder that you created then run the exe from there. let me know if that helps.

For some reason I get the feeling that this is not a legal version of Photoshop...I guess he is borrowing his buddy's until his arrives because he ordered it online...

PS - I agree about extracting all the files to a folder before running setup.exe. Winzip will put the files into C:/Documents and Settings/**USER**/temp/92jsd... and Adobe Installer can never find that!

My guess is you're trying to install it onto a computer with Windows 98...

'GetUserDefaultUILanguage' is a Windows API call that only exists on Windows 2000 and XP.

If it's Photoshop CS2, you need:
Microsoft® Windows® 2000 with Service Pack 4, or Windows XP with Service Pack 1 or 2
http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/systemreqs.html

Otherwise, let me know and I'll try again, haha.
