Can we do anything about these roads they tear up? Rant

I am really pissed at DOT. They suck at the roads. Why do they rip the roads up and just leave them unpaved and undriveable. I drive 2 sectors of roads that are torn up everyday and unpaved and one has been that way for at least a month! I found a new road that i went on today as it was getting dark and i didn't kno it was torn up until today and there was no sign. All of a sudden i hit the first drop and then WAM! I hit a 4 inch deep crater about 4 feet wide. I was like, oh man! End up hitting the brakes and slowing down and the guy behind me almost hit me and just went around me instead cuz he was in a jeep. Ended up scratching part of the underside of the side skirt. Is there any way to make them pay for this or just piss them off? This is ridiculous. Not even a sign or anything. Huge craters and rocks all over the place. I was going 45 or so and then hitting a huge crater is a no-no. They need to pave the damn roads within 2 days of ripping them up, not leaving them that way for months and not even putting signs up. There lucky i didn't get a flat tire or bend a rim. Thought i even broke my suspension since im lower and all that. I should submit a request for damage.

Oh and when i mean stretch of roads, one is like 2 miles of unpaved road.
End of rant!

this is rt 100 right near the university. Right where high st (rt 100) and 202 merge under the bridge, also further up high st as you go toward the city past the wawa and mcdonalds. Roads are horrible. The road that is ripped up for 3 miles is ship road, between rt 30 and boot road. Do not drive that road. Potholes are raised up about 3-4 inches.

Lets have a new event.

"1st Annual Tristate Tuners are Sick of PENNDOT Not Doing Their Jobs...fest..."

We'll meet + greet + eat...then go around to the major roads that we all travel on...and fix those bitches ourselves. But we'll just use regular quickrete...make those asshats REALLY go out there and do it right.

There is a major road at the bottom of the street I live on. Atleast a 1/4 to 1/2 mile stretch of this road has been chewed up for atleast one year. Luckily it's not the full-fledged chewup, where you have those couple inch drops on each end. When i saw it a while back I thought "cool, they are going to repave this stretch" (since they already repaved half of the road), but Like i said atleast a year later they have not touched it.

I don't mind the construstion as long as they put of signs, so I know to watch out for "Uneven pavement".
