Actually, STI transmissions are glass.

DSM's are JUST glass.

For instance Honda. Cept I'm pretty sure he won't go there.

Used redline gets my vote! though AWD is fun and I know of one being sold if you want a dsm really clean to.

Honda Prelude (Vtec.) It’s fast, stupidly reliable, and good on gas these days. You should be able to find the latest model for 8000 to 10,000.

Here’s a list of Preludes under 10k

And here’s one nearby! Very nice.

You can always pick up an Audi A4 1.8t for under 10,000. And there’s always the Jettas and Golfs with the 1.8ts or VR6s. You'd have luxury and the option to build performance.

I’ve been debating about another daily driver also. (My list would be a Prelude, BMW 325i, or an Audi 1.8t.)

This coming from a Saturn Driver? Stop making comments where you don't know what your talking about I drive my car everyday on 15 pounds on the stock tranny and drivetrain and it gets boosted hard DAILY.

If you keep up on a DSM it treats you right. Ghetto rigging everything or cheaping out on parts doens't help a car stay in good shape.

Just for ****s and giggles how many MPG do you get in your saturn?

for 10k...I'd say try and find a Used SRT4...if you keep it stock they get Decent Gas Milage and If you looked hard enough I think you could find one for that price.

VW's if you like that Style.

Just start looking you'd be surprised what you can find out there.
