I'm pretty sure nobody has done this before so I wanted to share my design with you guys. 97-98 3000GT bumper with 1g stealth headlights. The project is still in progress and I hope to have it done by this weekend for the Toys for Tots meet. I will be sure to post pics as it nears completion.

So far my thanks goes out (once again) to Hans and Emilie at Ground Zero Performance for supplying me with the parts at an unbeatable price. Emilie also did a photoshop for me of what the car will look like when its done:

Yeah they are still going. They shrink a bit in the winter but they are usually better because of it.

eEEk dude... good luck getting everything to flow there... IMO no bumpers look good unless you get rid of the 1g headlights.

I say trim the 1g buckets and throw 2g headlights in. I just dont think its going to flow well... Prove me wrong though man... I miss my vr4 haha

It would be a lot of work to refiberglass the 2g turn signal surrounds. With this project I was going for uniqueness and all the black parts really make the car stand out if you see it in person. Robo modded 2g headlights with an evil eye hood and 97-98 bumper is actually my favorite front end... but I don't have enough funds for it since I'm still in school. Can't wait till I'm done so I can get coils and get rid of the 4x4 status. I'm sure you feel me on that having owned a vr-4 hahaha.

Absolutely no progress has been made on this project since I posted the pics. It got real cold real fast and I don't think I'll be working on it much till that changes. Body work with cold shaky hands will undoubtedly = a fail. About 4 months till sonic meet '11.. if I pick up the pace a bit I should be able to finish by then. That is my goal.
