Well just got out of court for basically the same ticket got 95 in a 55, fought it for 4 hours in court, going back and forth with different agreements and such. They dropped mine to 75 in a 55 and I walked away with 3 Points instead of 5 and a suspended drivers license. Still pissed off though....

Or, you can realize that it would have done absolutely nothing for him in this case, as with most cases in PA. The only good a radar detector is going to do for you is if you're on the Turnpike or driving in another state (not PA).

That doesn't really seem like a very scientific method for obtaining a speed of another vehicle. Maybe a way to estimate but not for enforcement, especially if he was only followed for 2 miles?
