I've come to realize the SLVR sucks ballz. I get terrible reception with it.

Huge doses of vitamins, minerals, natural **** (ginseng, Coenzymes), Essential Fatty Acids, Glucosamine/Chrondroitin/MSM and other crap I don't know

that picture makes me ask: really small phone, or really big pills? both i think.

one of my best friends is korean and he gets pissed every time he sees a built asian guy and tells me that for every 100 asian guys out there, 1 gets all the muscles and the other 99 are left out to dry. he works out a lot, but he's one of the other 99. maybe i should have him talk to you about your horse pills.

Im kinda asian and could use a workout partner!

Well i dont have an asian heritage, but can speak a little korean still, and hold a few belts in a korean martial art :D

they do a GREAT job at pumping you up. They also allow your muscles to take in more blood. Watch your veins and muscles after a workout, or during. It's pretty awesome.

I recommend only taking them when you work out. My buddy took them every day and was getting too much calcium and it was messing something up, don't remember what. He went to taking them only before workouts and his levels are normal.

I have to get a tub of protein mix and a bulking mix. I'm a hard gainer...I can put on 5lbs easy, after that it slows to a crawl. I want to put on about 15 more ASAP, and as much as I can before June when I go to Disney World, they've got a kick ass night club there, AND I've got my own room at the resort

I can't gain weight if I try. I ate and drank like a pig during the summer and I still wear the same size pants since 9th grade. Its a natural curse.

Try this out: Leave the pills alone and just drink a lot of gatorade before, during and after. Your veins will look the same. It has nothing to do with the pills you guys are taking.

Too much calcium will also give you kidney stones. Not fatal but not fun either. Not worth it IMO.

I've never realized how effective the B complex was until one day I just took a B complex pill and it made me feel better.

Also as a hangover tip, try Vitamin water REVIVE, which rocks for a hangover cure!

these supplements do not give me "veins" or the "pump"

however, A-AKG, and NAC do give me a huge pump
