hey guys. this is an event put on by a local forum in boston called Yuppieracing. i was on the trip last year that did the cabot trial through nova scotia and it was an amazing time. this year should be even better.

im posting this here because us boston guys are headed south! i spoke with the organizers as day two starts in philly. they are willing to cut a deal for any of you guys in the tristate area to join us from philly and hit the dragon from there at a discounted rate (since you wont need the first night hotel room)

so the philly leg would be june 6th @8am at the omni hotel in philly.

hope to see some of you guys there

My Mustang would be a turd among the cars that will probally be going... but it might be a cool vaca. Any idea on what kinda discount they would offer to start from Philly?

Here are some answers to your questions:

The Discounted Rate would be $1375 as you will not need to stay at the Hotel the 1st night we come from Boston (June 5th)

This fee includes 4 nights hotel, 3 dinners and 4 breakfasts, a gift bag (some pretty awesome goodies, worth over $200), and a Donation to the Charity.

You would need to meet up with us at 8AM on Wednesday June 6th at 8am at the Omni Hotel in Philly.

We have 20 cars signed up at this point, and would love to add some of you from here!

Deposit of $400 is due by 1/31/12
Remainder is due by 3/31/12

Just bumping this. Deposits are rolling in quick it seems. Check out the website for more info. Shaping up to be an awesome trip. I know I'm using my only vacation time this year for it.
