Removing paint from plastic interior trim

I've got some rice that needs removing on my daily driver. The interior trim pieces are plastic and have ugly-ass paint all over them. I've tried the following items: Goof off, goo gone, small amounts of paint thinner, small amounts of brake fluid, small amounts of Brakleen and this stubborn **** still won't come off.

Well, to be clear, it is coming off, but at such a slow rate, that it will easily take me a whole week to get rid of it all. Sanding is not an option since the interior trim has a pattern in it and I'm not trying to destroy the interior trim pieces with aircraft remover. What can you guys suggest?

just sand it and repaint. anything that removes paint on plastic will be bad news.

i used performix plasti-dip which you can buy at lowes or home depot... came out great.

the gauge hood, a/c panel, and shifter console were all painted before this picture.

I used aircraft remover on my plastic trim pieces on my subaru.i was going to sand them but didn't want to go thru all that work. you don't need to let it sit very long.

They actually make a plastic stripper that won't affect the plastic at all but I don't no the name off hand you would have to google it but it does work well I used it on many bumpers and cladding panels flares ect.
