I parked next to a blue WRX today He/she had some kind of exhaust(not stock) and also had some stuffed animals in the rear window. 04/05 style and I left a TST note under the window So maybe he/she is on here now?

spotted her again today at the mall. some old lady so I don't think shes on here but oh well.
