91 gsx starting and idle issue

ok so i got my 91 gsx started today for the first time in 7 years. I put new 93 in it, changed the fuel filters, oil. At first start up it ran really good for a few mins then it started to break up and stall. Go to start it again and it doesnt want to idle the only way it will stay running is if im on the gas and it breaks up threw out rpms. I did notice the cas was missing a bolt and the other was loose i got a bolt and tightened it up but still wont run. Any ideas im waiting to get my datalogger and timing light to reset the timing another thing a notice was a whining noice coming from the intake mani any idea what it could be pls help

Might be a vacuum leak. If it sat for 7 years, I'd bet on a hose or two succumbing to dryrot. Try a pressure test.

How full was the tank when you parked the car? Did you put a fuel stabilizer in? (Such as sta-bil) in it or remove the old gas before start up?
