Another ticket question

Hey,

My girlfriends sister just got a ticket in Delaware, she is from Philadelphia. It says on the ticket:
Measured Speed: 41, Charge Speed:30, Posted Speed: 25.

The ticket is a total of $73.60. The officer said that it would usually be 5 points but its only going to be 2 points. On the ticket, they got the Race wrong - put down White instead of Asian, the Origin - Non-hispanic, again asian, and the Driver's license expiration date wrong. What is the best course of action? Will there actually be points since it is out of state? Should she go to court and try to plead down to no points? Go to court and try to fight the wrong information? Or should she just pay the ticket?

Thank you and I appreciate the help!

A lot of the information is auto-populated by the system we use here in Delaware to write tickets. Therefore meaning that the Officer may not have entered in the wrong info, but that's what your girlfriends sister is listed in our system under.

I believe points do transfer from Delaware to Pennsylvania, however your motor vehicle handles all of that so contact them for a definite answer and how it will affect her.

It's her decision whether or not to take it to court. I will advise you though that if she does the court will try her for the measured speed of 41 and not the charged speed of 30. This means that if found guilty the fine and points will both increase.

Hope that helped.
