odd issues with my b18c swapped ej coupe

I just purchased a 95 civic ex coupe with a 99 usdm gsr swap. theres a couple of odd issues that im having with it. first it spits out coolant from the the cap part of the radiator. i fill it up and expect it to bubble a little bit and it just comes flowing out of the top. and when tha cap is on it all goes to the overflow resevoir. what could make this happen?
and second the car is on a chipped p28 ecu. when driving normal it sputters and buck from like 2k to 3.5k. when driving half to WOT it doesnt do it at all. what could cause this? thanks in advance for all input I receive.

sounds like it needs a rad cap and o2 sensor.....unless the car is overheating when its puking coolant.

Could be that u have the valve from on.top of the intake plugged in also. Surge valve I think. Disconnect it and see if u still have the hesitation. Any codes at all?

THe cooling issue....

Pressure test the cooling system, bleed it properly and replace the radiator cap with a quality one. If the coolant pressure testy failes, check compression next if you cant find an external leaks.

3 thrings can destroy a motor other than beating / catastrophic failure / natural causes
1- coolant issues
2- bad tune
3- oil issues
