pulled over... a few questions

Around 815 lastnight i was driving around a turn. i see a cop pulled someone over. going around the turn i had the foot on the floor but only spooled half way before i saw the cop(maybe going 45 , if that) my car is LOUD. Cop runs from the car he pulled over and hops into his and FLIES after me. Cop said he went 140 to catch me!!!! I pulled over and he gave me a 71 in a 45.. he used spot light on me.. and used the microphone to tell me to shut off the car etc etc.. he was pissed!! he runs my info and makes me walk over to a spot where another person was killed 2 years ago, while we are about 100 yards from my car another cop starts looking around my car etc etc.

I get the ticket, he said he used "vascar". He said the roads were ICY, it was 45 DEGREES OUT!!! the fine was 179.99 or something like that. I was too scared to look to see how many points it is.

I have zero record, 100% clean. I know our judge has a soft spot for your people.. and if you are respectful he often drops you down pretty big...

In my story is there anything i can say or do the get me dropped? i am 100% respectful and was during my pull over incident.

Can a cop car really go 140? can i use that against him?
Can a cop leave the scene of someone else pulled over to chase me?
can a cop walk me away from my car while another checks my car out?
Can a cop put down ICY conditions when it is 45?

thank you.

to answer your questions:
1. I am not sure what type of patrol vehicle he was in, and I am not sure how fast the crown vics go, i got them up to 130ish and still had some room to accelerate. so it might be able to get going that fast.

2. Yes a police officer can terminate a car stop at any time he wants. I have had a person stopped once for a minor motor vehcile stop when i almost got clipped by a drunk driver so i def gave chase.

3. Sure, im sure you walked with him, it doesnt sound like he forced you to walk or you tried to refuse. It sounds like he walked with u to wherever he wanted you to go. And yes he came pull you out of ur vehicle and make u stand somewhere else or walk where he wants as long as he is not putting u danger.

4. I am not sure about the whole temps and icy thing.
