I was wondering what the laws were with nitrous in NJ. Obviously I know you can't use nitrous in a vehicle on the street.

But as I keep learning more and more about cars, I'm leaning toward a nitrous set up so I can start going to the track and messing around.

I was wondering if it's legal to carry a nitrous bottle, not hooked up, in my car so that should I choose to go to the track I can be ready?
