always keep the cars documentation
when you go transfer the title you can just say the car is junk or a gift with no price paid for it to save the tax better to pay the minimal transfer fee then to have your neighbor report you cutting a car to pieces that if an officer comes to investigate you have no proof you legally acquired it work smarter not harder
