Keep in mind there's a few podcasts.

If you right click them ON the page it'll allow for downloads, if you use the purple button it SHOULD show the past episodes within iTunes...right?

from a design perspective, it's not bad, but I would do something to fix the logo, as it's bitmapping (you can see the individual pixels because they have a hard edge) and difficult to read. When you save the logo file make sure you have anti-aliasing turned on. Maybe a white glow or something would be nice to help it "pop".

Only other comment is I would just lose the cheesy embossed arrows and circle. The direction of the lighting gets screwed up when you rotate them which makes them look even more out of place. I think it would just help clean up the look.

I didn't even notice the jagged-ness until I looked at it on my PC (I designed the thing on my mac, and did most of my 1/2 assed testing on my phone, both automatically rasterize and smooth edges, lol).

But I did make a second logo with pretty much EXACTLY what you said (red with a bit of an outter glow).

The arrows, I can't see the gradient change, but that'll be something that will change this week.

I agree with the arrows. when I see/think arrow I expect it to link or guide me somewhere.
Other then that if you could pop your navigation a little bit, but not to much it maybe a little more user friendly.. or maybe navigation bar to the left and logo to the right so as you read you see the navigation first.

I'm original skool simplistic design though.

main nav doesn't stand out enough. i suggest white text instead of gray and red instead of white (when you're on the page)
