Yo. I just moved to the Springfield area last week. I'm finding suitable replacements for all of my necessities minus a decent gym in the area. I suppose my old place spoiled me. I'd really like some place small and quiet. All I really need are basic benches, a power rack, plates, and some free weights. So far I've only seen LA Fitness' and Planet Fitness'. Typically, all the best gyms are only known through word of mouth, so let's hear it guys. Thanks!

I go to ballys on macdade and have been there over a year now. Nice people and plenty of machines and space to do your own thing at your own pace. Talk to james michael!

Awesome, thanks! $22 a month sounds pretty good to me. Who is James Michael, and what should I talk to him about? Is he the manager or something?
