Half Sleeve 6 hr session 1 Results

So I see alot of guys on here have some pretty interesting tattoos. I'm going to be updating this thread with more pics as I get more ink done. Next session should be coming up within the next 2-3 weeks. It's a steampunk theme, guy on a turret gunner ship shooting a mechanical octopus attacking a "Don't Panic" (Play off of titanic) massive ship. Should look awesome once its finished. So anyway, here's what it looks like as of now...let me know what you guys think!

Thanks guys, Its a really detailed piece so its going to be around 5-6 sessions most likely. Been waiting FOREVER to get started, close to a year actually. Sean Duffy of Phenomabomb Tattoo is my artist. Highly recommend him and Tara, and their shop is immaculate.

For me, its the best way because I could be moving out of state anytime for work and we both didn't want an unfinished outline. At least this way its 3 separate portions that will come together in the end. But ya I do agree, its a bit un-traditional for something its size. Here's the art btw....

Agreed...I was debating canceling my long wait with Sean for Kevin of Studio One after I saw your piece, but Sean is a local which is more convenient with work so I waited it out and am very happy I did!

I'm actually getting a Steampunk thigh piece from Sean. Small world. He has done all of my work and Tara did my very first one at the wee age of 18 when they were still at the Ink Well.
