What is the best way to repaint ground effects?

I was driving on a tight road and some A-Hole went flying out of his driveway. I swerved around him and wacked the curb. Luckily it only hit the front ground effects and I had slammed the brakes so it didnt crack at all.

Long story short the guy took off and i need to know the best way to repaint ground effects.

Thoes firebird Ground effects are a royal pain in the d*** also dont handel it with your bare hands you will itch for days from it. Depending on hos bad the damage is you might either need to get it repainted or you could use some red spray paint thats color matched to your car. Its a good thing you dident break it. The ones on my old bird were $600 a peice on the front.

Yea those pieces arent cheap but I sprayed them a little once where the previous owner scraped curbs and you couldnt tell from far but up close it was rough and discolored a little. The bumper needs to be repainted all together because I go to Lansdale Catholic and for those who have been there you know the angle of that exit. So I'm just gonna wait till next year and repaint the front end so for now a rattle can will do.

Also I'm gonna try some rubbing compound tommorrow and see what that can get off cause i hit at a low speed on an angle so some may just be a little rough.
