Best place to buy Mobil 1 0w-40 oil?

Not at Walmart, Pep Boys, and they won't order. Anyone come across this before. I got it once from Pep Boys before but they had ordered it for another customer and he nevered picked it up so I was able to get it.

I assumed that for an engine like that you would use a 10w30 or 5w30.

I don't think he's using 10W-40, I think he means 0W-40 and the name Mobil 1 in front of it makes it look like a 10.
I use the 0W-40 Mobil 1 as well, it's good stuff, might go to 5W-40 next time.
Walmart used to carry the odd weights but now they're saying that because of the hurricanes down south that it's been perpetually out of stock.

If your Mobil 1 is Super Syn. it is not a true synthetic oil. It is just highly refined conventional oil. What a jip huh! I didn't believe it either. I'll have to find the information to back it up.

Is Mobil 1 with SuperSyn Technology a fully synthetic motor oil?

Yes, it is. To meet the demanding requirements of today's specifications (and our customers' expectations), Mobil 1 with SuperSyn uses high-performance fluids, including polyalphaolefins (PAOs), along with a proprietary system of additives. Each Mobil 1 with SuperSyn viscosity grade uses a unique combination of synthetic fluids and selected additives in order to tailor the viscosity grade to its specific application.

I see. Mobil 1 makes several products. Some may be group III (highly refined petroleum) and some may be group IV which are 100% synthetic base stocks.
Now I really want to squash this myth (true-false) does anyone have a super syn. bottle to see the group classification.

If it is Half-A$$ed im switching to redline or amsoil.
