TST Ruined My Life!

Need Someone with a cutter and a welder and some time.
 Long story short, I need someone to cut this bracket off my axle housing and weld it back on. OR heat it up, bend it back to straight and reinforce it with some welds lol. I'm located in Souderton about 15 mins from the Ross meet off of Cowpath Road. Any help is appreciated. OR if a vendor on here wants to help me out, I can tow it somewhere but I'd rather not.
