HELP....05 Ford f150 Lights are on but no one is home

Thank you for reading this post. It will be a multiple forum post until I can figure this out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Two days ago my dad’s work truck (05 F150) started and the warning lights for the ABS and PARKING BRAKE came on. With these lights on the cruise control is not working. The lights are still on.

What i found to be the most troubling is that my scanner shows no codes detected even after multiple scans and driving the truck for a bit first.

Hate to take this into the dealer to find out it’s an expensive easy fix.

Please please any help would be great.

Brandon

ABS and cruise may use the same WSS (wheel speed sensor). Try ohming each of them out and seeing if one checks bad.

What are you using to scan it?

There are no service bullitins for this problem. Check all the fuses. When looking at the wiring diag. ABS and cruise use some of the same fuses. They are not all marked for ABS or Cruise, so I would check all the fuses to start with.
