Yeah, seriously, I have a ton of change floating about in cups and jugs.

How adverse would a place be if I brought in a hand truck with 3/4's of a 5 gallon jug filled with pennies? I seriously need to get rid of all this junk.

(And no, I'm not joking. I have a 5 gallon jug almost completely filled with pennies. It weighs almost 80lbs)

You do know that they take a certain percentage of every dollar though, or something like that? I guess that beats taking it the bank and them making you put it all in wrappers.

Yeah, 8.9 cents per dollar. If the bank has a coin counter, then I'm just gonna give them my 80lb jug of pennies and make them do it, because seriously, I'm NOT counting out what I believe to be 300 dollars in pennies to wrap.

find a commerce bank. . . .they have a free coinstar thing (they call it the penny arcade). The only thing that may cause a problem is your enormous jug of pennies filling up multiple penny bags in the counter. . . which means they'll have to keep changing the bag out. . . but at least they won't take 9% of your penny fortune.

Yeah, my 5 years of penny hoarding...

And I'm not a penny pincher either. Just have a lot of spare change.

Commerce bank has a coinstar and i believe its free. On top of that if you guess within like a dollar or so you get a prize ha ha. I got a C coin holder, the other prize at the time was a t-shirt but they only had larges.

Yeah anyhow....Not sure if any of the nimrods before me posted this..but ugh commerce bank has this free coin sorting machine looking jobber...i think its called penny arcade and you can do cool things like guess how much you have before you start. and if you win you get a cool ghey prize

Commerce has it, but I didnt have a quarter of the crap u have and it took me forever to put it all in and you have to tell a teller everytime it jams...very fun! :thumbdow:
