Ran into a 06-07 WRX (no badges but i dont think there was a STI wagon those years) that said he had "everything except tune" what does that mean in the WRX world? like power/track time wise?

it means he's trying to brag. if there's no tune then its stock fuel and stock turbo, i hope.
so basically the most it could be would be exhaust and a boost controller...

sounds like he is just one of those kids. imho, if you have everything, then you would have it tuned.
