a ups store *may* have something big enough, depending on the dimensions

go to a storage or moving place or look at their sites online. they supply a bunch of sizes, when I was looking for huge boxes I found that "wardrobe" boxes were the biggest. My back up plan to finding big boxes was to go to sears or bestbuy or something and drive around back to where they stack all their boxes to be taken to be recycled. Just an idea lol

+1 for the hybrid box! lol.... just use a little duct tape and zip ties. ;)

we have quite a few spare large cardboard boxes at my work....nothing fridge sized though. Uhaul and home depot def sell c-board boxes though.

or try Stark Co. in philly.

do not use duct tape or zip ties, unless you want it to fall apart. use regular clear/brown box tape.

Uhaul rental places have those huge waredrobe boxes. I had to ship an actual passenger seat and used one of those. They're incredibly sturdy and are cheaper than going to a UPS store or anything like that. Or, like it was already mentioned, swing by local businesses and see if they have any large boxes lying around.

I always go to a local bed/mattress shop and raid their cardboard dumpsters. You can find some heavy cardboard in sheets as large as a king mattress. I just use them and cut up and fold together like a normal box and tape it all up. I've shipped many parts like this through Greyhound without any complaints. Everything from light stuff such as a urethane lip kit, to a FG front bumper, to even heavy stuff like APC seats.

Go to your local Staples and ask. We give away huge boxes all the time.. just need to get lucky on the timing, otherwise they get crushed.
