Anyone do the ej22t/251 hybrid swap and stay OBDII?

I have done some searching and have only found a couple people who have the ej22t with the 251 heads and all, but they all seem to be running standalones. I was told that you use a wrx ecu if you want to still be ODBII compliant. Does anyone have personal experience doing this? If so, do you need to splice the stock harness into a wrx harness? Please if you could give me full details of the exact harness pieces needed to make this work. thanx in advance.
