Hi guys and gals,
I am an event coordinator at the Phoenixville YMCA. We are raising money for the Relay For Life, so I'm having a car show. I already have the permission to have the show, and I was gonna have the event at our Y, but in the spring our building is going to be reconstructed and our parking lot is unavailable. I am looking for anyone who can help me find a location to hold this event.

It needs to have a big lot to be able to stage a lot of cars, and it must be free (the Y is a non profit organization) and be close to Phoenixville, PA. It will be a 5 dollar entry fee and ALL the proceeds will go to the Relay for Life American Cancer Society. I am gonna have a LOT more details on the event in a few weeks but theres no location yet. If anyone can help me please get back to me.

I held one last year, on Mothers day because it was the only day I was givin, and it was in our BACK lot hidden, and we still had a huge turnout. This year I want to make it huge... or at least as big as size will permit. Unfortionately I just need a location!!! We can get people from West Chester, Pottstown, KOP, Plymouth, Philly, WERE EVER. Phoenixville is located in the middle of TONS of places.

I'd show up for this - why not talk to yohon56, he is the general manager of gold's gym in oaks. We were able to use the parking lot on tuesday nights for meets and I don't think that if you talked about it he would have a problem letting you use it for a show. Even though only half of the parking lot has lines on it (for cars) there is a huge area which is just free space that could be used.

Don't know if that's what you are looking for but might as well give some possibilities.

there's a pretty big parking lot to the right of the Kmart in front of the exton mall. that never has any cars in it, but that is the only big empty lot that i know of

I live about 2 minutes from the Golds Gym, so I'm gonna swing by and ask. All these locations are good, but I need permission to be there sinse its a YMCA event. I'll keep you guys updated.

Ask for the general manager, he owns a grey evo MR (think it's an VIII). He should be able to help you out of this is a route you want to take.
