Paint or even vinyl wrap it. Powder coating wouldn't work though. Only girls make their cell phones match their cars FYI :-)

I saw a ad on TV for a website that wraps phones. Whatever design, color, etc. Wish I could remember the site.

Just type in Iphone shell. You can put the internals of your current phone into anothers shell. Will void warranty of course, just likje painting but you may find exactly what you are looking for.

We chromed a regular iPhone case and it destroyed the reception. lol. I guess the metal in the chrome solution = not good. You could easily paint it though, it would just have to be automotive paint though because anything out of a spray can will be destroyed very quickly. Even auto paint will wear relatively quick.

phone is SUPER easy to take apart... but I think everyone else has the right idea with a skin or wrap

Thanks for the input everyone. The crazy idea hit me today and I like it. Lol I'll find sublime oem paint, spray it, and clear it. My mom has a broken iPhone so I might use that as a test first

I don't won't a case or anything bulky cuz I have a case that attaches to my belt that I put it in. No more putting it in my pocket cuz you get crap under the screen

A phone skin will not change the dimensions of the phone. It's just a vinyl wrap...best of all, it's removable if and when you get sick of it or want to change it.

Similar problem with the 2g iPhones. Metal back wasn't good for reception. The antenna can't get the signal out through metal like it can through plastic. Just some useless info
