Mishimoto Automotive currently seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to assist with all functions of retail customer service. This position will be responsible for high volume phone calls and live chat, as well as email correspondence. The Customer Service Representative reports to the Director of Operations and is a member of the operations team, which facilitates customer satisfaction, technical support and product awareness with our consumers.
Key responsibilities include answering general inquiries via chat, phone or email, providing technical assistance via same media for customers, and website order verifications. The Customer Service Representative also monitors customer service Forums.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via email, live chat and phone
- Handle a variety of inquiries including technical assistance
- Monitor, research and respond to all customer service forums
- Provide assistance with website order verification
- Manage the corporate eBay account and listings
Qualifications
- Demonstrated 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service
- Demonstrated 1-3 years’ experience in the Auto industry
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
